We believe that it is possible to promote economic development with environmental responsibility.
All Alfa Metálicos activities are directly linked to the transformation of ferrous waste into raw materials. We give new meaning to waste, contributing to the renewal of the steel cycle and giving back preservation, job creation and green income to society.
When industries in the steel chain choose to use renewable raw materials, such as those produced by Alfa, they significantly contribute to reducing carbon emissions, reduce the consumption of non-renewable raw materials, such as iron ore, and also save water and energy used in the production process.

We recently deployed a new job de environmental awareness and organization of internal areas.
The Environmental Game project involves all employees in the areas of production, e company infrastructure, which, in a healthy way, compete with each other for the organization of their areas, supporting environmental management in maintaining the principles of environmental conservation implemented in the company.
A performance meeting is held monthly and the winners receive prizes ranging from food voucher upgrades to cell phones, televisions and bicycles.
Externally, we promote and support environmental education programs involving institutions de teaching e families of contributors.
